By accessing or using Cygnus Pay ("the Platform", "the Service", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at cygnuspay.org, app.cygnuspay.org, api.cygnuspay.org, and docs.cygnuspay.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Cygnus Pay is a cryptocurrency payment platform that provides multi-chain cryptocurrency wallets, payment link creation and management, internal (off-chain) transfers between users, on-chain deposits and withdrawals, and APIs for merchant integration.
The Platform facilitates cryptocurrency transactions but does not provide financial advice, banking services, or custody services in the traditional sense.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the security of your account credentials, not share your account with third parties, and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
We strongly recommend enabling 2FA. If you choose not to enable 2FA, you accept full responsibility for any unauthorized transactions from your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, compliance with legal requirements, or extended inactivity (12+ months with zero balance).
You may NOT use the Service for:
Zero Tolerance Policy: Any account found engaging in prohibited activities will be immediately suspended, assets may be frozen, and relevant information may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities.
Cryptocurrency transactions (both on-chain and internal) are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by the Platform. You are solely responsible for verifying recipient addresses, transaction amounts, and network/chain selection.
Internal transfers between Cygnus Pay users are processed instantly and recorded in our database. These transfers do not incur blockchain network fees.
On-chain deposits and withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, network congestion and gas fees, and platform withdrawal fees (displayed before confirmation).

Fee schedules may change with reasonable notice.
If a withdrawal fails due to a technical error, the deducted balance will be refunded automatically. If there is a discrepancy, contact support.
If you create payment links to accept payments for goods or services, you are solely responsible for delivering the promised goods or services, handling customer disputes, complying with consumer protection laws, and collecting and remitting any applicable taxes.
Cygnus Pay does not guarantee delivery of goods or services by merchants, accuracy of payment link descriptions, or refunds for disputed transactions.
Payment links may not be used to solicit funds for illegal activities or to mislead payers about the purpose of the payment.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal personal information, do not sell your data, and may disclose information when required by law.
The Cygnus Pay name, logo, platform code, documentation, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Cygnus Pay. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code, use our branding without written permission, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform (payment link titles, descriptions, etc.). By creating content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it as part of the Service.
Cygnus Pay does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency is volatile and risky.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including price volatility, network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, hard forks, and chain reorganizations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Cygnus Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; any loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency; and Cygnus Pay's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Cygnus Pay is not responsible for losses resulting from user error, unauthorized access due to compromised credentials, blockchain network failures or delays, actions of third parties, or force majeure events.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cygnus Pay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of any applicable law, content you create, or any dispute between you and a third party.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at our Discord server or via the Platform to attempt informal resolution. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cygnus Pay operates. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, communicated via the Platform, and effective immediately unless otherwise stated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Cygnus Pay is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to implement KYC procedures if required by law, report suspicious activity, freeze or restrict accounts as required by legal process, and comply with court orders and lawful requests from law enforcement.
We screen against international sanctions lists and reserve the right to deny service to individuals or entities on such lists.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
